Find a participating retailer
USDA publishes stores accepting SNAP online by state. Availability and delivery area can differ from in-store acceptance. Check the approved retailer list rather than assuming every app supports EBT checkout.
What EBT covers
You may use SNAP funds for eligible grocery items through a participating online retailer. Delivery fees and other associated charges cannot be paid with SNAP, so an additional payment method may be necessary.
At checkout
Confirm the grocery subtotal that will be charged to your EBT card and the separate total for fees or nonfood items. Do not share your PIN on an unofficial site or in a message.
If an order fails
Check the retailer’s EBT instructions, available balance and whether the selected address and products qualify. For an unexplained EBT balance or card problem, contact your state’s official EBT service.
